About the Toyo Open Country AT3
The Toyo Open Country AT3 is an all-terrain tyre for drivers who spend time on sealed roads and unsealed tracks. Toyo designed it for 4WDs, SUVs, CUVs and suitable utes, with a focus on dependable off-road traction, wet-road handling and a quiet, comfortable drive. It suits commuting, touring, towing, camping and weekend trips where one tyre needs to handle changing surfaces. Check your tyre sidewall or vehicle tyre placard to confirm the correct size, load index and speed rating before ordering.
Key features include staggered shoulder lugs for extra grip off-road, a balanced void area for traction and tread-block stability, lateral grooves for grip across varied surfaces, and 3D multi-wave sipes to support wet traction and reduce irregular wear. Toyo also uses a cut- and chip-resistant compound for added durability on rough tracks. Tyroola lists 67 Toyo Open Country AT3 products, all with an all-terrain tread type, priced from $220 to $688 per tyre in AUD including GST. Sizes shown include 255/55R19, 265/70R16, 265/70R17, 265/75R16, 275/60R20, 285/50R20 and 285/70R17, among others.
