Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of mind

Tyres that have been fitted to a wheel can’t be returned for change of mind.

Manufacturer warranty

Tyres carry the manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims usually need the tyre to be inspected. Contact us with your order number and photos of the tyre and we’ll arrange the next step.

Wrong size ordered

If you ordered the wrong size, contact us before the tyres are fitted.
