About these terms

These terms apply when you buy from Tyroola Tyres. By placing an order you agree to them.

Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Delivery and fitting charges are shown at checkout before you pay. We may correct pricing errors before an order is dispatched; if we do, we’ll contact you and you can cancel for a full refund.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. If an item is unavailable after you order, we’ll tell you and refund that item.

Your responsibility for size and ratings

You’re responsible for choosing a tyre size, load index and speed rating that suit your vehicle. Check your tyre placard or ask a qualified fitter if you’re unsure.

Fitting

Where tyres are fitted by a workshop, the fitting work is carried out by that workshop.

Consumer guarantees

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See Returns and warranty.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Australian law.
