Selected Australian-market Volkswagen Amarok and Ford Ranger models use 245/65R17 tyres, and the size is also listed for selected Mitsubishi Triton, Toyota Kluger and Jeep Grand Cherokee variants. Fitment varies by year, variant and wheel package. Check the vehicle tyre placard or current tyre sidewall before buying, rather than relying only on the make and model.
Are 245/65R17 all terrain tyres suitable for highway driving?
Many 245/65R17 all terrain tyres are designed for mixed sealed-road and gravel use, so they can suit a 4WD, ute or SUV that regularly leaves the bitumen.
